eh...2dae...supposed 2 meet alisa,cheryl,janani,huimin n sum of e badminton guys @ e bus 70 @ 10.45am...den i was lyk helpin jeff wif his blog ting..den end up 10.40 den i left e hse..den i ran 2 e bus stop...den i went dere...bus 70 came...den i look in...dey all nt inside e bus..den i stayed dere n wait lor...wah..wait until 11.08 am den another bus 70 came...den alisa,cheryl,janani n huimin so funny..dey sat at e front of e double decked bus...den kept wavin lyk sum clowns...hahas... den went in e bus..sat wif hui min den let her listen 2 very nice n touchin song=] bt soon let hui min ownself listen cos miie,janani n alisa tokin abt sum stuffs lah...den when we reached e yio chu kang sports hall...was jux nice onli 5 mins earlier...den change shoe,refill bottle den start warm up le...
wah...2dae...sian! 1st half an hour was all foot work n all!!! aiyo...den mr isuan[coach] actually said wad he give us 30 sec mus hit at least 15 tyms...den he dun believe we all could do it..so he took turns n count us..wah lao...den he count miie twice when sum nv even gt counted bt him..lols..make miie so stressed...
bt overall...training was FUN!!...plaed games...den trained wif mr isuan...den hav once cheryl nearly whack mie wif her racquet...hahas...=D
den physical training 2dae was e half squart n sprinting..den e half squart...we b division while doin keep plaein n tokin...2 distract us frm e pain..den it passed so quickly...=]/...den e sprinting... i paired wif janani...den mr isuan sae we hav 2 reach back within 13 secs...den e 1st few tyms we realli sprint lah..den once we tot ...wah...30 secs...aiya..nvm lah...slowly ran...den when we reached back at 14 secs...mr isuan punish us 2 do kagaroo jump sae we were supposed 2 reach back by 13 secs...den we were lyk...huuh...=[..lol...den after dat we sprinted againlor.. had 2 do 10 sets..den when we finished...den after dat we sat dere n watch josh,weiling,shixun n jeremy ran...wah..all ran so fast...tsk...lyk runnin 4 their life...hahas...bt gd 4 dem lah...den when dey ran back..den ran past miie,janani n cheryl...we could all felt e wind...hahas..den 2wards e last set 4 josh...he cnt take it den rest awhile longer...den ran...bt still as fast...=]
den after training we took bus back...den i lent alisa listen my mp4...bt 4got 2 take it back...=[...oh nvm...let her help miie put songs in!!=]
